LegalPrivacy Policy
How Loyalink collects, uses, and protects your information — including our commitment to never storing card numbers or bank credentials.
1. Introduction
Loyalink ("Loyalink", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account or otherwise using Loyalink, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. For terms governing your use of the Services, please also review our Terms & Conditions.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services, and limited technical data needed to operate and secure the platform.
- Account details — such as email address, phone number, and password (stored in hashed form) when you register.
- Profile and preference data — including selected city, notification preferences, and other settings you choose.
- Card portfolio selections — the bank card products you indicate you own from our catalog. We do not collect full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or bank login credentials.
- Location information — approximate or precise location when you enable location services or select a city, so we can show nearby offers.
- Usage and device data — such as pages viewed, search and filter activity, offer interactions, browser or device type, IP address, and similar diagnostic information.
- Communications — messages you send to us for support or feedback.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Create and manage your account, and authenticate you securely.
- Personalize offer discovery and recommend which of your selected cards may provide better savings at a merchant.
- Show nearby deals and city-relevant promotions.
- Send service-related notices, verification codes, and — if you opt in — smart notifications about offers.
- Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Services, including preventing fraud and abuse.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. What we do not collect
Loyalink is designed so you never need to connect a bank account or share sensitive payment credentials. In particular, we do not request or store full credit or debit card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, ATM or online banking PINs, or bank account login credentials.
Card portfolio features rely on product-level selections from our bank catalog for recommendation purposes only.
5. Local storage
Loyalink does not use cookies. We use browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as selected city and notification settings), and support related features of the Services. You can clear local storage through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or reset saved preferences.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate hosting, analytics, authentication, messaging, or customer support — under contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Legal and safety requirements — when disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Loyalink, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When information is no longer required, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law in the United Arab Emirates and your place of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, update, or delete certain personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- You can update account details and preferences within the Services where available.
- You can remove cards from your portfolio at any time.
- You can disable location permissions in your device or browser settings; some nearby features may then be limited.
- You can opt out of non-essential marketing or offer notifications through your settings or unsubscribe links.
- You may request account deletion or data-related assistance by contacting us using the channels available on the Site.
10. Children's privacy
Loyalink is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. International transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in the United Arab Emirates or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where transfers occur, we take steps intended to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email when appropriate.
13. Contact us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact us through the contact options made available on the Site, or via the support channels listed in your account settings when available.
